FREIGHT PICKUP SCHEDULING & INSTRUCTIONS
If this Order Information Sheet is being used to arrange or book freight, please schedule pickup as follows:
LTL Shipments
Schedule Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM EST. Appointments are not required for LTL.
No accessorials needed for pickup. Our facility has a dock and forklift on site. Hours subject to change during holidays — please confirm availability.
Non-LTL & Specialty Equipment
Full truckloads, box trucks, sprinter vans, flatbeds, or other specialty loads require an appointment. Please email customerservice@pwsatl.com with the client name, Shipment ID, equipment type, and requested pickup date/time.
BOL / Paperwork: If your customer or broker is arranging the carrier, the completed Bill of Lading must be emailed to customerservice@pwsatl.com prior to pickup. Paperwork will be provided to the driver when the shipment is loaded.
Upon Arrival: Driver should check in at the driver's entrance (top of the ramp at Door 0) and provide client name and Shipment ID .
